Branding & Style Guideline by Daniel Fang

Daniel Fang joined the King's Business Club (KBC) in the newly created position of Branding and Design Officer, in the late Spring of 2019. In doing so, he would begin a journey in becoming an instrumental figure in the Society's history - first in KBC's largest rebranding initiative and later in his current tenure as Vice President.

Already armed with a comprehensive understanding of visual design, Daniel played a pivotal role in the design of the King's Business Club website and all its graphical assets. Throughout the 2019 academic year, he handcrafted unique banners and posters for 18 different events, reaching over 84,000 users across Facebook and Instagram. However, perhaps more importantly, his proficiency in visual brand language and corporate design advanced with every iteration.

Most impressively, during his tenure at the King's Business Club, Daniel simultaneously served as President, Marketing Director and Co-Founder of an inexhaustive list of student societies; among which included: the King's Real Estate and Property Society (KREPS), the Political Economy Review (PER), the Institute of Political Theory, and the KCL Students for Strays.

Through his contributions, he has been a key figure at King's College London, enabling his fellow students to pursue their aspirations by making their ideas the best that they can be. In doing so, he has sparked a King's golden age in thought and design, and it is therefore no surprise that he was elected as Vice President of the King's Business Club for the 2020 academic year.

In his capacity as Vice President, Daniel has so far worked on seeking and securing a wide range of corporate sponsors as well as simultaneously overseeing the management of the Society's governance and constitutional infrastructure during the interregnum period.
