Esha Senthil Kumar
Head of Human Resources
My name is Esha Senthil Kumar. I am a first-year BSc (Hons) Business Management student at King’s College London. I am currently serving as the Deputy Head of Human Resources at King’s Business Club for the year 2020-21 and as a Sales Officer at the KCL India Society.
I am passionate about managing events, taking the lead and connecting with an increasing number of people to successfully complete projects. I have prior experience in leadership roles such as Head Girl of my high school along with other Student Council positions which required me to coordinate between the senior management team, student body, faculty etc., facilitate events and opportunities for the student body and unify the council and build an interest in achieving a shared purpose. I have also organised multiple events like the first-ever Junior Model United Nations conference in South India where I was required to oversee all aspects of logistics and human resources. I have extensive experience in public speaking: having spoken at multiple school occasions, along with having hosted corporate events.
I am committed to constantly learning and improving my knowledge of business management in order to accommodate the needs of the dynamic business world. As a people-oriented person who enjoys listening to and learning from people’s stories and experience, I believe that a career in Human Resources or General Management would be a natural fit for me.
Through many years, King’s Business Club (KBC) has maintained its reputation as the premier student business and finance society both at King’s College London and throughout the United Kingdom. KBC has helped students from various backgrounds and faculties to come...
