KBC is looking for Enterprise Associates – Events  Associates & Research Associates.

If selected for any of these positions, you will be an integral part of the King’s Business Club Enterprise Department.

Your Responsibilities  – Events Associate

  • Liaising and supporting the Head of Enterprise 
  • Aid and build committed membership through increased external communication and network base 
  • Handling all external event logistics ranging from venue confirmation, troubleshooting and promotion in collaboration with the marketing department 
  • Working closely with the Research Associates to secure the participation of renowned personalities for speaker sessions and streamlining event planning 
  • Working with the rest of the Enterprise Department to fulfil ancillary and additional responsibilities as required by the position. 
  • Work with other stakeholders across the KBC to deliver high quality, engaging events. 

Essential Skills & Attributes – Events Associates 

  • Collaborative and receptive communication, particularly nearing deadlines. 
  • A strong passion and comprehension for the Enterprise Department. 
  • Strong work ethic, sense of accountability, and quick turnover for tasks. 
  • The ability to work well in a team and work in the best interest of the Enterprise Department. 

Your Responsibilities   – Research Associates

  • Liaising and supporting the Head of Enterprise. 
  • Aid and build committed membership through increased external communication and network base 
  • Build a portfolio of influential and entrepreneurial personalities within the UK and beyond and network with them to secure potential partnerships  
  • Work closely with the Events Associate to deliver high quality and interactive events for our target audiences  
  • Working with the rest of the Enterprise Department to fulfil ancillary and additional responsibilities as required by the position
