KBC is looking for Events Associates and a Performance Analyst for the Human Resources Department.
If selected for these positions, you will have the opportunity to work as an integral part of the Human Resources Department.

Your Responsibilities – Events Associate
- Liaise with and support the Head of Human Resources
- Curate innovative events to increase awareness about human resources as a career path amongst the student body.
- Reach out to recruiters and other HR representatives from top firms to invite them for speaker sessions, workshops etc.
- Network with KCL Alumni in the HR field.
- Handle logistics of all in-person and online events for the Human Resources department.
- Work with the rest of the Human Resources Department to fulfil ancillary and additional responsibilities as required by the position.

Your Responsibilities – Performance Analyst
- Liaise with and support the Head of Human Resources
- Gather data and insights from our events on topics such as sign-up to show-up ratios, attendee engagement and conduct surveys to determine event success or areas of improvement
- Collaborate with the operations associate and closely work together to optimise statistical data processing across departments
- Scrutinise current recruitment procedures and check for deviations with consequent recommendations to overcome them
- Use MS – Excel spreadsheets or illustrative software to present data and insights comprehensively, during executive meetings
- Work with rest of the Human Resources to fulfil additional and ancillary responsibilities as required by the position
