KBC is looking for Business Analysts and an Engagement Manager within the King’s Consulting Project.
If selected for any of the positions, you will be an integral part of the King’s Consulting Project at KBC.

Your Responsibilities – Business Analyst
- Conducting research, producing analysis, and building strategies to respond to the Client’s deliverables.
- Work with your team to internally discuss ideas and solutions for the client.
- Build presentations for the Client to communicate your team’s ideas and findings on a regular basis.
- On an agreed basis, you will benefit from the Mentorship given by senior consultants at MBB and Big 4 consulting firms to improve on your skills during the project.
- You are expected to dedicate a minimum of 5 hours per week to the project, inclusive of all meetings.
- As an Analyst, you will be accountable towards your Engagement Manager (project leader), the Client and KCon’s leadership.
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Proficiency with PowerPoint
- Willingness to work in a team
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and research skills
- Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines
- Initiative, self-starter, entrepreneurial, creative
- Fluency in German is a plus but not a requirement
- You must be passionate about consulting
Your Responsibilities – Engagement Manager
- As an Engagement Manager, you will be the face of the project to the Client.
- You will be responsible for most communications with the client to ensure that the project is taking the right path.
- You will lead the team of Business Analysts by delegating tasks and overseeing their performance.
- You will also participate in the project by inputting your own expertise.
- On a weekly basis, you will report to the Principal and the Department, updating them about the project.
- You are expected to dedicate a minimum of 5 hours per week to the project, inclusive of all meetings.

- Exceptionally strong client servicing and communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Ability to respond and deliver on client requests quickly
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, creative
- Fluency in German is a strong plus but not a requirement
