KBC is looking for a Public Relations (PR) Associate and a Content Creation Associate for the Marketing Department.

As a Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity to work as an integral part of the Marketing Department.

Your Responsibilities  – PR Associate

  • Communicating with and building relationships with advertising, marketing, and communications firms
  • Negotiating events and opportunities with these firms, for the benefit of KBC members
  • Nurturing KBC’s reputation and brand by introducing the Society to new networks and organisations
  • Capitalising on applicable alumni connections

Essential Skills & Attributes  – PR Associate

  • Flawless grasp of the English language
  • Background in written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a courteous mannerism – you will be representing KBC
  • Independent and creative thinker
  • Passion for and knowledge of marketing

Your Responsibilities  – Content Creation Associate

  • Creating content for KBC social media pages, from TikToks to Instagram memes
  • Engaging with and growing KBC’s presence on social media, particularly new projects like TikTok
  • Planning content and building a consistent schedule
  • Staying on top of viral trends and humour

Essential Skills & Attributes  – Content Creation Associate

  • Highly skilled with social media usage
  • Understanding of business, finance and consulting-related humour
  • Meticulously organised
  • Independent and creative thinker
  • Passion for and knowledge of marketing

The application process will be comprised of two distinct stages of progression 

Stage 1: Completing our application form which is accessible at the end of this post.

Please read the form carefully, and submit your cover letter, curriculum vitae, and the task as outlined in the application form.

If your Stage 1 application is successful, we will send you a confirmation email. You should then prepare for Stage 2.

Stage 2: An interview.
