KBC is looking for a Marketing Project Associate. 

As a Marketing Project Associate, you will have the opportunity to work as an integral part of the Marketing Department.

Your Responsibilities   

Your primary responsibility will be to assist with operating ‘Pivot Talk’, the official podcast of King’s Business Club. You will be required to do the following: 

  • Reaching out to guests for the long-form episodes (usually hosted by the Project Manager) 
  • Hosting and recording some episodes, yourself to ensure episodes are released consistently 
  • Writing episode descriptions and creating graphics for the dedicated Instagram page 

Additional tasks we would like you to carry out (some require technical skills): 

  • Editing audio and video 
  • Helping other departments with technical issues (i.e., editing and recording queries) 

Essential Skills & Attributes   

Required: 

  • Team focused 
  • Good communication 
  • Moderate design skills (e.g., in Canva) 

Preferred: 

  • Good understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro (or another video editing software) and/or Logic Pro X (or another audio editing software) 
  • Own or have access to a USB microphone. 

If you do not have access to the hardware or software listed under ‘Preferred’ you may still apply. Those who can record and edit audio and video will be considered first.

The application process will be comprised of two distinct stages of progression  

Stage 1: Completing our application form which is accessible at the end of this post. 

Please read the form carefully, and submit your curriculum vitae, cover letter (optional) and answer the questions in the application form. 

If your Stage 1 application is successful, we will send you a confirmation email. You should then prepare for Stage 2. 

Stage 2: An interview.   

The deadline for the application is 2nd December 2021.
