KBC has helped students from various backgrounds and faculties to come together and gain knowledge about the most recent developments in a variety of industries and businesses. KBC is looking for a Secretary.

As the Secretary, you will have the opportunity to work as an integral part of the King’s Business Club.

Your Responsibilities  

  1. Liaising with the President and Vice President.
  2. Working on building partnerships and collaborations with other universities and societies across the world.
  3. Overseeing all logistical aspects of partnerships.
  4. Interacting with Heads of Departments to gain an insight into operations and produce weekly reports.
  5. Handling administrative tasks such as drafting emails, scouting for contacts etc.
  6. Working with all Executive Committee members to fulfil ancillary and additional responsibilities as required by the position.

  1. Strong organisational skills with a collaborative work style. 
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Strong motivation for the Society. 
  4. Strong work ethic, sense of accountability and quick turnover for tasks.
