KCLBC is honoured to welcome Emmanuel Bardonnet, ex-head of FIG M&A at Morgan Stanley, for an introductory event to the world of mergers and acquisitions at King’s College London!

The event will include a case-study presentation based on a real-world M&A transaction, a section on application advice and how to land a job in investment banking, as well as an open Q&A session.

Emmanuel has 20+ years experience in the investment banking industry, completing deals with a combined value of more than $100 billion in over 20 countries during his career. In addition to his 9-year tenure at Morgan Stanley in London and Hong Kong, Emmanuel has also held senior positions at various renowned investment banking boutiques, including Rothschild and Perella Weinberg Partners.
