Event Category: Click to Register: Click to RegisterEver wondered how to link business and entrepreneurship to well-being? In January, Lyceum Well Being is taking up the challenge!
Join our panel event on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social entrepreneurship! In partnership with KCLBC and the King’s Entrepreneurship Institute, we will explore how businesses can help solve today’s greatest challenges and improve society as a whole 🚀
Today, companies are no longer expected to make a profit, but also need to do it responsibly and sustainably. What is CSR? Why does it matter? And how can business interests align with social ones?
To help us answer all these questions, we will have a panel of three amazing speakers on the night:
– Sarah Farquhar: director of innovation and enterprise at Crisis. Former business development director and head of operations at Oxfam.
– Mark Corbett: CEO and co-founder of Edvent, an education and learning company providing a platform for universities, corporates and charities to train and recruit students. Mark is a King’s alumni and is part of the King’s 20 Accelerator.
– Iskren Kulev: CEO and co-founder of KindLink, an online social sharing platform using technology to connect donors to the entire value chain of the donation.
So join us on January 23rd! Tickets will be available on Friday 29th December on Eventbrite.
The talk will be followed by a drink reception – I’ve heard there might even be some snacks… 🍷🍷
