KBC is delighted to be hosting an entrepreneurship workshop with Professor Nigel Banerjee, a KCL alumnus and visiting Law Lecturer at King’s College London. He is also the author of The ICSA Company Law Handbook and the general editor of International Corporate Procedures.

Attendees will have the opportunity to practice the basics of company ethics on real-life scenarios, as well as gain insight into key concepts of company law.
